Jennifer Brewer | | I love to read and am glad to see a place where I can be introduced to many new authors and get to know their work. I also love to write and will be posting some things here to share with others. I also love to listen to music, but writing that is not a gift I have. I have noticed that so far, very few peoople have actually contributed anything to this forum. I will be glad to see it pick up a little bit.
Just a quick piece:
Believe, for it is impossible not to believe
Hope, for it is impossible not to have hope
Love, for it is impossible not to love
For without belief, there is no past
For without hope, there is no future
For without love, there is no life

I know what you mean! Do you think it may be down to the fact that there is so little feedback for people though? I wonder particularly on that one! I posted an excerpt of a poem a number of days ago, and so far no one in this forum has made any comment, even though I have left a full copy of it on my ryze page.
As for your piece, I think it is delightful, hopefully it will provoke others to Stop and question what they are doing with their lives!

Timi Ogunjobi | | It's a lovely and quite energising poem Jennifer, and so was yours George. I was only being too careful not to dominate the forum and appear "the judge" of everyone's posting. I am at the moment trying to put together regular information on how forum members may promote and monetize their work (well nothing wrong with a little bread I hope). If also you come across anything that may be of interest do share it.

Thanks for the compliment, any feedback is well recieved. I appreciate where your coming from in regard to not being "the judge" of course my comments were never intended to single out the moderator of the forum! After all, I believe in participating in this forum, that we all have a joint responsibility to perpetuate discussion on the subject matter posted, thus aiding the continual development of each others writing ability.
So rather than one person being "the judge", we would all be offering a variety of opinions on that which we read.
For me goes without saying, that one persons cup of tea is not the same as the next persons. Plus you know what they say..... variety is after all the spice of life!
